Pat Down Policy: You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the Festival. By tendering your ticket and entering the Festival, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against the Arizona Jazz Festival, the Bands, its sponsors, BTWconcerts.com their affiliates and The Wigwam, or their agents. If you elect not to consent to the searches, you will be denied entry into the Festival.

Can I bring a chair inside the festival?
This is a seated venue with chairs setup. There is no need for you to bring your chair. There will be no outside chairs allowed at the festival.
Can I bring a blanket inside the festival?
No, this is a seated venue and there are no places to setup blankets.
Can I bring an umbrella to block the sun?
Sorry no, umbrellas block the view of other festival goers.
What about bringing in my medical prescription? example: Diabetic insulin?
You should identify yourselves to security and festival staff while waiting to enter the venue. Festival staff will assist you in storing and providing a secure area for diabetics. ALL medical prescriptions and accompanying names on those containers will need to match the person's proper ID. We don't have any refridrated storage, if your medice requires cool storage please bring your own cooler for us to hold.
How big of a backpack can I bring? How will this be enforced?
A medium backpack should be no bigger than 20" tall, 15" wide and 9" thick packed. Bags will have to fit into a box of that size similar to the system used at Airports. If your bag doesn't fit in the box it won't be able to go inside the venue.
What are considered professional cameras & professional digital cameras?
Any camera with a removable lense.
What type of food will be offered?
There will be a varity of food options for you to choose from.

Yes. There will be first aid service available at the resort.
